  • • What is Winter Spin?
    Winter Spin is a promotion that gives Redbox Perks Members the chance to win thousands of instant win and top prizes totaling more than $75,000! See Official Rules for complete prize details.
  • • How can I participate in Winter Spin?
    You must be a Redbox Perks Member, and you must agree to the rules to play. You can access the promotion in the Redbox App and on Redbox.com. After agreeing to the rules, you’ll have twelve activities to complete. Any transaction completed prior to agreeing to the rules does not count toward the defined activity. You can also play Daily Trivia to earn Redbox Perks points.
  • • What are the dates of Winter Spin?
    Redbox Perks Members can start participating in Winter Spin starting at 12 PM CST on 11/12/18 through 11:59 PM CST on 12/16/18.
  • • How can I earn entries for the instant win and top prizes?
    The completion of each activity gives you one entry for a chance to win one of four amazing top prizes, plus the chance to spin and win an instant prize.
  • • Where can I learn more about Winter Spin?
    Go to https://www.redbox.com/Winterspin or sign in to the Redbox App and open the promotion from the My Redbox Page. After agreeing to the rules, you can see your gameboard, get info about the twelve activities to complete and view the prizes that you have a chance to win.
  • • How do I complete an activity that includes a disc rental?
    Any activity that includes a disc rental will be completed once the disc has been returned and the transaction processes overnight. For example, if you rent a disc on December 1st and return it on December 3rd, the transaction will be processed overnight on December 3rd. Once the activity has been completed, the SPIN ICON will appear on the gameboard the following day. NOTE: A purchase/rental is not required. See Official Rules for free method of participation.
  • • What if I don't see the Winter Spin promotion in the Redbox App?
    Make sure you're a Redbox Perks Member – and that you've downloaded the most current version of the Redbox App through either the Apple or Google Play Store.
  • • What are the eligibility requirements to participate in Winter Spin or qualify for a prize?
    This Promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia who are (a) at least eighteen (18) years old (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older) at the time of entry; and (b) a member of Redbox Perks program.   • • How can I spin for a chance to win an instant win prize?
    Once an activity is completed, you'll see a SPIN ICON on the activity. Tap this button and you’ll be brought to the spin wheel where you can tap 'Spin Now' to see if you’re an instant winner. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours after completing an activity to be able to spin.
  • • Will I win something every time I spin?
    No, winning an instant win prize is not guaranteed.
  • • If I win a prize, how and when will I receive it?
    Members that win an instant win prize will be asked to confirm their email address and/or their mailing address – and will receive details about how their prize will be delivered on the instant win page and/or in a follow-up email. Physical prizes will be mailed to verified winners at the street address provided at the time of winner notification within approximately 6 to 8 weeks after winner verification. Digital prizes will be emailed to verified winners at the email address provided during winner notification within approximately 6 to 8 weeks after winner verification.
  • • When will the top prize winners be notified?
    The drawing for top prizes will occur on or about December 17, 2018. Generally, the winners will be contacted that same day or the following.
  • • What if I have questions about the promotion?
    Click on the Customer Support link under the Winter Spin gameboard. Allow up to 48 business hours for a response to be received. Another way is to send your questions via email to: Winterspin@prizelogic.zendesk.com
  • • How does the Daily Trivia work, and what can I win?
    You can answer a new trivia question every day (one play per day) – and if you provide the correct answer, you'll earn 25 Redbox Perks points. Allow up to 48 hours for the Redbox Perks points to appear in your account.
  • • Are the activities the same each week?
    Most of the activities will be the same each week. The ‘Weekly Trailer’ activity will provide a new opportunity to watch a different trailer and earn a spin every week – with the exception of one week:

    During the week of 11/27 through 12/3, the 'Weekly Trailer' activity will be replaced with 'Rental Rush'. To complete this rental-based activity, you must return your disc and complete your spin by 12/4.
  • • How can I make sure I play all of my spins?
    For activities that include a disc rental, you’ll need to return your disc(s) to complete the activity. Within 48 hours of returning your disc(s), the SPIN ICON will appear on the gameboard – and you can spin! For the Weekly Trailer activity, make sure you spin immediately after watching the trailer each week.
